Motive is seeking a Sr Enablement Business Partner for Enterprise & Strategic Sales to enhance team performance through targeted training and enablement initiatives. This role focuses on building strong relationships with leadership, analyzing performance data, and contributing to strategic training programs.

Motive’s Enablement Team plays a critical role in the strategic implementation of key business initiatives. The Sr Enablement Business Partner for Enterprise & Strategic Sales will be accountable for enablement initiatives for our Account Executives across our Enterprise & Strategic Sales teams. You will monitor/analyze rep performance, diagnose root causes, and manage the execution of training to address performance gaps. You will work with the Lead Enablement Business Partners for our other segments and roles, and partner with our Instructional Design, Content, Product Marketing, and Onboarding Teams, supplementing and guiding their efforts as needed to ensure OKRs are achieved and the performance of reps within our segment are meeting or exceeding expectations.
Success criteria for this role includes but is not limited to rep performance improvement (based on before/after evaluations), ramp time evaluations (for onboarding), and stakeholder/trainee satisfaction surveys.

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units.
