The Senior People Analytics Engineer plays a key role in advancing Solidigm's People Analytics capabilities by combining deep analytical expertise, strong data modeling and technical skills, and exceptional business acumen. This role designs and develops scalable, integrated workforce analytics solutions that turn complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations to support business and workforce decisions. Serving as a bridge between HR, HRIS, IT, enterprise data teams, and business stakeholders, this role translates business needs into analytical solutions and helps ensure workforce data is accurate, connected, and actionable. The successful candidate must be equally comfortable collaborating with technical teams on data models and integration requirements and partnering with HR and business leaders to understand workforce challenges, interpret findings, and influence decisions. The role will also help evolve Solidigm's People Analytics capabilities beyond traditional reporting toward more advanced, predictive, and forward-looking workforce intelligence, including statistical analysis, workforce forecasting, and scenario modeling. Working closely with other People Analytics team members, the Senior People Analytics Engineer will lead complex analyses, develop compelling data stories, and help build the foundation for future AI-enabled workforce insights. The role also leads delivery of priority People Analytics initiatives and serves as a key escalation point and backup to the Director on analytics matters.
