Job summary

Solidigm Inc. seeks a Graduate-level Talent Acquisition Data Engineering & Analytics Intern to build production reporting for TA, establish Snowflake connections, and develop a complete Power BI dashboard suite.

You will work with SmartRecruiters, Workday, Jira, ServiceNow, and Snowflake, creating a governed semantic model and end-to-end data pipelines. The role focuses on data engineering, modeling, dashboard development, and reporting automation rather than operational recruiting activities,

Qualifications

• Graduate student pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, CS, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, window functions, and optimization.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards with DAX and data modeling.
• Experience with Python or R for ETL/analysis.

Responsibilities

• Establish Snowflake connections and automate data refresh with IT/Data Engineering.
• Configure Power BI connectivity and auto-refresh for dashboards.
• Implement data quality checks and monitoring for reliability.
• Build a dimensional data model in Snowflake for TA analytics.
• Develop a full Power BI dashboard suite covering TA metrics.
• Create governance with semantic models and defined measures.
• Implement row-level security and optimize performance on large datasets.
• Produce technical documentation and end-user enablement materials.
• Partner with TA leadership to translate business questions into metrics.
