Job Description

Senior Pensions Implementation Consultant - Data

Join our consultancy as a Senior Pensions Implementation Consultant and be responsible for implementing first-class pension administration solutions for our clients. This role offers the benefit of fully remote working.

About the role

• Liaise with clients during the implementation cycle to understand their requirements, data, processes, and systems, and make recommendations on how to implement product(s)/service(s).
• Own and perform ad-hoc or unusual implementation data processes.
• Undertake system demonstrations to existing clients.
• Identify, collate, and document scheme/product information.
• Undertake system configuration and data analysis.
• Contribute to project management activities, including risk and issue identification and mitigation.

About you

• Knowledge of pension schemes and the ability to explain the differences between DB, DC, CARE, and Annuities, and their administration.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in data migration, including analysis of data requirements, data mapping (from and to pension systems), and configuration.
• Experience in client-focused project delivery.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL and Python.
