Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a Solar O&M Utilities Expert with thermal analytics and drone inspection experience to join us in a commission-based role. You’ll serve as a key domain expert supporting client engagements, demo scenarios, and data-backed value realization.

Your Role:

• Guide utilities and solar asset owners on thermal anomaly detection and MW-loss quantification
• Run or advise on real-time drone inspections and mission planning using ClearSpot.ai tools
• Leverage edge inference for rapid fault classification (hot spots, PID, delamination, etc.)
• Interpret environmental + electrical sensor data to forecast degradation trends
• Deliver high-impact insights that drive preemptive maintenance and maximize uptime
• Act as a technical evangelist during sales demos, trials, and post-inspection reviews

What You Bring:

• Strong track record in solar O&M, inspection, or field engineering
• Deep understanding of thermal imagery analysis, PV system performance, and fault detection
• Experience with drone-enabled inspections and/or UAV operations
• Familiarity with AI or edge analytics platforms (bonus if you’ve used Raptor Maps, Scopito, or similar)
• Ability to translate data into ROI-driven recommendations
• Excellent communication skills; you're confident in front of clients and field teams alike
• Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field preferred
