Zusammenfassung

Marsh seeks a senior Pension Strategy & Solutions expert to join our Investments and Retirement group. The role is flexible, ideally in any West region office (Seattle included), and operates on a hybrid model with at least three days in the office weekly.

You will advise on asset allocation, glide paths, liability risk, and investment strategy, partnering with consultants and PMs to deliver high-quality advice and sustain Marsh’s intellectual capital.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years’ experience in pension and/or investment strategy.
• Strong presentation, project management and communication skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data analysis, project management and presentation design.
• High-level attention to detail and ability to apply it to the bigger picture.
• Ability to quickly understand asset-liability risk management and business concepts.

Aufgaben

• Advise on strategic asset allocation and glide path design for pension plans.
• Develop investment strategies considering asset classes, risk/return, plan design and sponsor constraints.
• Partner with investment consultants and PMs to present results of studies and reviews.
• Model pension liabilities and fixed income portfolios using risk models.
• Lead clients and deliver advice on investment strategy and risk management for pension plans.
• Define and implement long-term business strategy and drive change.
• Attract and develop talent, fostering a culture to earn client trust and growth.
• Contribute to meeting aggressive revenue growth targets.
• Develop business with new and existing clients across lines and geographies.
