Job summary

RiVidium, Inc. is seeking a Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing Specialist - Level III to lead advanced testing across DHS Intelligence Enterprise systems, networks, and cloud environments.

You will perform manual and tool-assisted assessments, using MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, and NIST guidance to identify and remediate vulnerabilities. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, CEH and CISSP certifications, and 7–10 years of relevant Federal/IC experience.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, software assurance, and offensive cybersecurity in Federal Government/IC environments.
Current CEH certification.
Current CISSP certification.
Expert knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, OWASP, NIST, PTES.

Responsibilities

Lead and conduct comprehensive penetration testing engagements for DHS IE systems, networks, apps, cloud environments, and infrastructure.
Plan and execute all testing phases: pre-engagement, ROE, threat intel, threat modeling, vulnerability identification, exploitation, post-exploitation, reporting.
Produce SARs/VARs with methodology, attack paths, risk ratings, and remediation recommendations.
Perform software assurance reviews, secure code reviews, SAST/DAST/SCA testing, and SCRM for DHS IE assets.
Collaborate with SOC, engineers, ISSOs/ISSMs, and stakeholders to remediate findings.
