Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a highly experienced Penetration Tester to strengthen security across our platform and environments. You will identify vulnerabilities, validate findings, and drive remediation in collaboration with engineering and security researchers.

The role supports a flexible remote option within the USA, with onsite offices in Austin, TX, and Tampa, FL for hybrid work. A strong focus on bug bounty validation and cross‑functional impact is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience.
• Security certifications such as OSCP, Security+, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
• Experience scoring vulnerabilities (CVSS) and communicating findings.

Responsibilities

• Perform controlled penetration testing of applications, cloud environments, and infrastructure.
• Test new API endpoints and features as part of release cycles.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate vulnerabilities and remediation.
• Develop custom testing tools or scripts to support testing and exploit development.
• Triaged bug bounty submissions: reproduce issues, assess severity, and route findings.
