Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a seasoned Penetration Tester to join its security team. You will perform controlled testing across applications, cloud environments, and infrastructure, documenting risks and guiding remediation.

You will also validate API security during releases and work with engineers to ensure secure design and remediation steps. The role emphasizes collaboration with external researchers, ongoing threat awareness, and clear reporting to technical and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on penetration testing experience.
• Certifications such as OSCP, Security+, CISSP or CISM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform controlled penetration testing of NinjaOne applications, cloud environments, and infrastructure, documenting risks and remediation steps.
• Test security of new/modified API endpoints and features in each release cycle.
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate vulnerabilities and support secure remediation.
