Ernst & Young is seeking a Pega-focused senior professional in the United States to provide technical analysis, architecture design, and development of advanced Pega configurations. You will guide onshore/offshore staffing, contribute to proposals, and mentor junior staff.

The role emphasizes delivering high-quality client services, maintaining long-term relationships, and driving business development while traveling up to 25% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/MIS/Mathematics and 5+ years of related work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Pega with teams of 3+ people; 3+ years on Pega 8.x / Infinity.
• Certified Pega Senior System Architect at minimum; Lead System Architect preferred.
• 4 years of experience with SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle/DB2 or equivalent databases.
• 4 years of experience with low-code/no-code platforms; OO concepts; and agile methods.
• 4 years of experience with Java, Python, C++, C#, and/or .NET.
• 2 years of experience leading PEGA project teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pega technical analysis of requirements, solution architecture, and design.
• Advise engagement teams and deliver Pega solutions using core Pega and related technologies.
• Design and develop advanced configurations using Pega solutions with best practices.
• Estimate effort, plan onshore/offshore staffing, and manage project financials.
• Support sales proposals and development of assets and accelerators.
• Mentor junior staff on project cadence and technology ramp up.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and business development opportunities.
