HCA Healthcare, Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Senior Pega Application Engineer to lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise Pega Care Management solutions.

You will collaborate with business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into secure, scalable applications. This role requires deep Pega expertise, CSSA certification, and hands-on experience with Constellation architecture, REST integrations, and performance tuning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Pega CSSA certification required.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and supporting production applications on the Pega Platform.
• Experience with Pega Constellation, Pega Customer Service, and Pega Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of REST integrations, data modeling, and SQL.
• Ability to mentor and lead engineers and drive best practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise Pega solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across the team.
• Design integrations between Pega applications and enterprise systems, services, and APIs.
• Ensure solutions meet standards for quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Diagnose production issues and drive continuous improvement and modernization.
