Job summary

Qualifications

• Pega PRPC experience (7+ years) developing enterprise applications.
• PCSSA and PCSA certifications are mandatory.
• Hands-on work with Pega Smart Investigate framework in finance/payments domain.
• Mastery of Pega BPM including Case Management and ECS.
• Strong data modeling, UI rules, declaratives, and report definitions.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and cloud services (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack Pega modules with secure, scalable design and SDLC compliance.
• Collaborate with product managers and operations to define requirements and objectives.
• Participate in system design, platform management and architecture reviews.
• Build resilient, scalable modules using Pega Smart Investigate for investigations and disputes.
• Design and deploy end-to-end solutions, including secure integrations with banking systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers in Agile/Scrum delivery.
