Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience in enterprise environments.
- 3-4+ years using the Pega Platform for workflow-driven applications.
- Strong knowledge of Pega 7.x/8.x and Pega Infinity 24+.
- Experience with Pega Constellation and modern UI approaches.
- Proficient in REST/SOAP integrations and data transformation.
- Solid SQL experience and familiarity with relational databases.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design, architecture, and development using the Pega Platform.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions for onboarding, compliance, and servicing workflows.
- Design and implement Case Management, BPM, and decisioning components.
- Develop responsive UI with Pega UI/SAIL and Constellation experiences.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure reliable deployments via Git/Jenkins/CI-CD.
