Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced PEGA PRPC Developer to lead complex PRPC projects in Texas. The role focuses on eligibility and enrolment workflows, case management, data transforms, UI rules, and integration with external systems.

Strong hands-on PEGA skills and upgrade experience are essential. The candidate will work with senior developers and architects to ensure scalable, quality code while following PEGA guardrails and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years' experience in PRPC development.
• Experience upgrading Pega from 8.X to PEGA Infinity 26.
• Certified Pega CSA or CSSA (2019 and before).
• Experience in eligibility and enrolment systems (e.g., Medicaid, ACA marketplace, CHIP or government benefit programs).
• Hands-on in Pega Case management, File Listener, Job Scheduler, Activities, Data Transforms, Flows and UI (Section, harness, Skin) Rules.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional PEGA rules, flows and UI components.
• Integrate PEGA with external systems via SOAP/REST APIs, connectors, Services, queues, MQ and databases.
• Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Senior Developers to ensure alignment with overall solution design.
