You will lead complex workflow and case management implementations, focusing on eligibility/enrollment style processes and integration with external systems via SOAP/REST. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in Pega PRPC development, CSA/CSSA certification, and hands-on experience with BPM, data pages, rules, and guardrails.

Qualifikationen

• 10–15 years of hands-on PRPC development experience.
• Experience upgrading Pega from 8.X to PEGA Infinity 26.
• CSA or CSSA certification (2019 or earlier).
• Experience with eligibility/enrolment systems (Medicaid/ACA/CHIP).
• Strong Pega rules, data pages, activities, and UI development.
• Integrating Pega with external systems via SOAP/REST.

Aufgaben

• Translate business requirements into PEGA rules, flows, and UI components.
• Implement workflows and case management to support eligibility and member management.
• Develop and configure PEGA PRPC applications following best practices and guardrails.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Senior Developers.
• Troubleshoot defects, optimize performance and scalability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to align with project goals.
