The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree, five years of experience (three inpatient), an RN license in DC, and preferred certifications in Case Management or Utilization Management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required for case management work.
• Five years’ experience; at least 3 in an acute inpatient setting.
• Experience in case management, pediatric specialty, utilization management, or related areas preferred.
• Registered Nurse license in DC required.
• Certification in Case Management or Utilization Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and follow-up care.
• Support families through the healthcare journey and connect to resources.
