Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Experienced PDR Technician to perform paintless dent repair using glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and body-line restoration on both steel and aluminum panels. Qualifications

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repair (PDR) using advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, repair creases and body lines, and repair larger dents on steel and aluminum panels.
• Join Carvana in an Inspection Center and work with state-of-the-art tools to learn and grow in PDR roles.
• Work overtime as needed to meet company commitments and customer expectations.
• Explore other automotive roles across Carvana’s network of locations as opportunities arise.
