Job summary

Carvana is seeking Experienced PDR Technicians to repair dents using glue-pulling methods, hail repair, and body-line restoration on steel and aluminum panels at our Inspection Centers.

Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience is required. We offer a competitive hourly wage ($28–$36) plus benefits including a 401(k) match and vehicle purchase discount; 100% company-paid healthcare, PTO, and tuition reimbursement are also provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, production environment with variable weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, creases and body lines restoration, and repairs on both steel and aluminum panels.
