Job summary

Carvana is seeking experienced paintless dent repair technicians to join our Inspection Centers. A minimum of 5 years of automotive PDR experience is required, with proficiency in glue-pulling, hail repair, and working on steel and aluminum panels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Ability to operate vehicle equipment and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repair using PDR techniques on steel and aluminum panels.
• Repair dents including creases, hail damage, and larger dents.
• Utilize glue-pulling and other advanced repair methods as needed.
