Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Experienced PDR Technician to perform paintless dent repair on steel and aluminum panels using advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and body-line corrections. A minimum of five years of professional automotive PDR experience is required, with the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate in a high-paced inspection center.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Some positions may be subject to an MVR check.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to heat/cold.
• Use of safety equipment such as face shield, goggles, gloves, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform paintless dent repair using advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, creases and body line corrections, and repair larger dents on steel and aluminum panels.
• Work in Carvana Inspection Centers delivering high-quality vehicle condition repairs.
• Participate in mandatory overtime as needed to meet customer commitments.
• Ensure safety protocols and proper tool handling in all repair tasks.
