Job summary

Carvana is seeking an Experienced PDR Technician with 5+ years of automotive Paintless Dent Repair experience to repair dents on steel and aluminum panels using glue-pulling, hail repair, and body-lines work.

You will work with state-of-the-art tools in our Inspection Centers, with overtime as needed, and enjoy perks including 100% company-paid health premiums, a 401(k) match, and a vehicle purchase discount.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to weather.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, and repair creases and body lines.
• Repair larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels.
• Operate in a high-tech Inspection Center using state-of-the-art tools.
• Be available for mandatory overtime as needed.
