Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe, collect, and record patient data and formulate nursing diagnoses.
• Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Administer medications with precision for patient safety.
• Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions.
