Job summary

CHI Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive team environment. You will perform assessments, develop care plans with the care team, and ensure safe medication administration, including ventilator patient management.

Ideal candidates hold an Oregon RN License with BLS and ACLS certifications, plus an Associate's Degree in Nursing. A BSN and PCCN are preferred, with loan repayment and relocation assistance available to qualified

Qualifications

Oregon RN License is required.
BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
One year of RN experience or current RN with CHI Mercy Health.
Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred; PCCN certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data; formulate nursing diagnoses, and measure progress.
Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Administer medications with precision for patient safety.
Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions.
