Arm is seeking a Staff PCIe Analog Characterization Engineer to validate and characterize PCIe interfaces from Gen5 through Gen7. You will perform electrical validation, PCI-SIG compliance testing, and collaborate with PHY, silicon, firmware, and board teams to ensure top-tier performance.
Applicants should have 5+ years of experience in high-speed serial PCIe validation, hands-on use of oscilloscopes, BERTs and protocol analyzers, and Python scripting for test automation.

This position offers a great opportunity to work on next-generation PCI Express technologies, validating and characterizing groundbreaking silicon products from PCIe Gen5 through Gen7. As a Staff PCIe Analog Characterization Engineer, you will be responsible for electrical validation and compliance testing of PCIe interfaces, working closely with PHY, silicon development, firmware, package, board, and signal integrity teams to ensure products meet PCI-SIG compliance requirements and deliver industry-leading performance.
