Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager for PCB/PCBA to own commodity strategies, supplier partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to secure critical components for current and future products.

You will lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, manage continuity of supply with contract manufacturers, and partner with Engineering to influence design specs, cost, and manufacturability using data-driven, total cost of ownership analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in PCB/PCBA electronics sourcing or supply chain management.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop commodity strategies for PCB/PCBA and subassemblies.
• Lead RFx/RFP processes and strategic sourcing.
• Manage supplier relationships and continuity of supply.
• Collaborate with Engineering to influence designs and manufacturing requirements.
• Drive data-driven decisions using total cost of ownership analyses.
