MiniMed is seeking a Senior Electrical Manufacturing Engineer to lead PCBA process development, qualification, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated medical device setting. You will drive DFM/DFA, supplier interactions, and NPI program execution while mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires deep IPC/ISO/FDA knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering high-quality PCBA solutions for life-critical products.

Qualifications

• Senior-level PCBA manufacturing experience in a regulated medical device environment.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with NPI programs and process validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive development, optimization, and qualification of PCBA manufacturing processes (SMT, through-hole, reflow, wave, selective soldering, cleaning).
• Own IQ/OQ/PQ activities and develop CADM/DFM guidelines for manufacturability.
• Lead NPI programs from concept to production transfer and drive manufacturing readiness.
