Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 7.5 years of professional PCB layout experience.
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, and manufacturability.
• Familiarity with mechanical CAD tools (SOLIDWORKS/Autodesk Fusion/Inventor).
• Ability to analyze technical information from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• PCB layout of Microchip hardware Dev Tool products.
• Collaborate with HW design to ensure manufacturability, testability, safety, EMC and RoHS compliance.
• Design of high-speed digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics using Altium/Xpedition or equivalent.
• Maintain HW quality documents (PCB/Sch, BOM, drawings and assembly).
• Coordinate with PCB vendors and Assembly CM.
