Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Redmond, WA is seeking a Sr. PCB Layout Engineer to contribute to spacecraft subsystem definitions and PCB design across multiple phases.

You will collaborate with Electrical and Mechanical engineers to ensure electrical performance and enclosure requirements are met, and you will generate all fabrication/assembly documentation. The role requires strong PCB layout experience, high-speed circuit expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years experience of PCB layout design using industry standard PCB design suites.
• 5+ years experience with high speed circuits.
• 5+ years experience managing multiple projects in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the definition and implementation of multiple spacecraft subsystems.
• Contribute in all phases of PCB design and production; bring PCB design, fabrication, assembly and test knowledge to a cross-functional team.
• Collaborate with Electrical and Mechanical Engineers to meet electrical, performance and enclosure requirements.
• Create documentation packages required to fabricate and assemble the PCB/PCBA.
