Applicantz, Inc. is seeking a PCB layout engineer for a 100% onsite role in Fremont, CA (94538). You will use Cadence Allegro and OrCAD to layout boards from 2 to 40 layers, including RF blocks up to 12GHz, in a small-team setting under engineering guidance. Regular shift M-F.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PCB layout experience; senior-level candidates with 15–20+ years are welcome and must commit to at least 2 years. Aerospace/medical/high-tech PCB exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• PCB layout experience required; 5+ years, senior-level considered.
• Proficiency in Cadence Allegro and OrCAD is essential.
• Onsite role in Fremont, CA; 100% onsite.
• Industry background: aerospace/medical/high-tech PCB welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCB layout using Cadence Allegro (80-90% of role).
• Collaborate on schematic reviews and documentation.
• Assist cross-functional design tasks ~10-20% of time.
• Conduct DRC and improve quality control.
• Create and maintain parts library and BOM review.
