Job summary

GCS Recruitment seeks a Hardware Design Engineer or PCB Engineer to join our team, delivering advanced phased-array antenna electronics for satellite communication. You will own board development and laboratory validation on high-density multilayer PCBs with thousands of components and custom silicon devices.

The role requires 8+ years in board-level electrical design, strong lab skills with scopes and analyzers, and experience with high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, or JESD204, plus

Qualifications

• 8+ years of board-level electrical design experience and PCB design.
• Experience with high-speed digital interfaces and signal integrity.
• Laboratory skills for bring-up, debugging, and validation.
• Experience across full product lifecycle from design to production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead bring-up of newly fabricated boards and perform power-on testing.
• Plan and execute verification including high-speed testing and power characterization.
• Collaborate to identify issues and implement improvements in future revisions.
• Contribute to schematic capture and PCB layout for next-gen hardware.
• Support integration and testing teams with validated hardware and debugging.
