Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff PCB Designer to join our growing hardware team in Costa Mesa, CA. You will collaborate with avionics, system, and software engineers to create robust test systems for development, qualification, verification, and validation.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in PCB layout.
• At least 5 years using Altium.
• Ability to read schematics and push back on design decisions.
• Deep knowledge of PCB fabrication, assembly, rules, and stackups.
• Experience owning ECAD libraries, footprints, IPC compliance, governance.
• Strong SI/PI understanding and ability to translate results into layout constraints.
• Expert-level high-speed layout and controlled impedance routing (DDR, PCIe, SerDes, Ethernet, USB).
• Experience with fine-pitch BGA, HDI, and >12-layer stacks.
• Led complex/multi-board layout programs and mentored designers.
• Ability to manage layout scope, schedule, and risk with cross-functional teams.
• Eligible for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCB layout on complex or multi-board programs.
• Define and document layout constraints and review boards.
• Mentor less experienced designers and drive design reviews.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and program teams to manage scope and risk.
• Translate SI/PI results into actionable layout constraints.
