Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a PCB Layout Specialist to transform ambitious concepts into manufacturable boards for next‑generation radar systems. You will route high‑speed mixed‑signal designs and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure boards meet print and performance specs.

The role requires a strong background in PCB design, reading schematics, and familiarity with IPC CID/CID+ standards, with experience using Altium Designer. U.S. Security clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar with 5+ years PCB design experience.
• Ability to read schematics and apply IPC CID/CID+ standards.
• Experience with highlayer/high-density boards and signal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design and route PCB layouts for high-speed digital, analog, RF, and power sections.
• Establish DFm/DFa guidelines and ensure manufacturability and quality.
• Collaborate with fab and assembly houses to build to print and BOM.
• Develop and maintain design libraries and database standards.
• Juggle multiple projects and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
