Textron Systems is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer IV to design circuit boards, support hardware development, and troubleshoot electro‑optic products. You will lead PCB design efforts, work with cross‑discipline teams, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring robust system integration.

Responsibilities include debugging in lab, documenting interfaces, and providing status updates on technical work, with a focus on advancing electro‑optical technology at Textron Systems.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering; 10 years experience.
• Strong PCB design experience (Xpedition/DxDesigner preferred).
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.
• Experience leading engineering tasks and working across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate printed circuit boards and related electronics (analog and digital).
• Work with multi‑discipline teams to ensure clean system integration.
• Debug hardware in the lab and resolve power/circuit issues.
• Develop documentation (specifications, test procedures, interface docs).
• Provide project status updates and lead portions of technical work.
• Support production troubleshooting and mentor junior engineers.
