Job summary

Sapsf is seeking a Senior Design Lead PCB Design Tool, Board Design to own hardware development and subsystem integration in a lab-focused environment. The role emphasizes hands-on ownership, bringing up complex subsystems, and driving issues to closure with strong documentation and collaboration with manufacturing.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience with analog/digital circuits, power electronics, EMI/EMC considerations, and multi-layer PCB design.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hardware ownership across design, build, and test.
• Ability to bring up subsystems and perform detailed debugging.
• Strong analytical circuit analysis and fault diagnosis.
• Experience with EMI/EMC, thermal management and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own test execution in the lab and bring up new testers/subsystems.
• Document designs, test results, and design changes clearly.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing for DFM/DFT and production support.
• Define PCB stack-up and coordinate with PCB house for fabrication.
