Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PCB CAM & manufacturing experience.
• Ability to solve complex problems with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze PCB designs, convert files for machine use.
• Perform Design Rule Checks & Design for Manufacturability.
• Create efficient panel layouts for material maximization.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain CAM automation scripts.

Skills

PCB CAM & manufacturing experience

Ability to read technical drawings

Problem-solving using engineering principles

CAM software proficiency

CNC programming

Knowledge of IPC standards

Diagnosing PCB failure modes

Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
