Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manufacturing / Principal Manufacturing Process Engineer- PCB CAD/CAM in Linthicum, MD, with potential telework. The role supports fabrication of PCBs, manifolds, and backplanes for advanced RF hardware.

Responsibilities include tooling prep, NC program creation, DFM analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Requires a BS in Engineering and CAM/PCB experience; US Secret clearance and citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related STEM area with 2+ years of relevant experience (or 1+ year with MS).
• Experience with PCB manufacturing in CAM.
• Experience with InCAM Pro software or equivalent (Genesis, CAM 350, Zuken) and DFM analysis.
• Proficient in PCB data translation including Gerber, odb++, and dxf.
• Ability to read, interpret, and validate PCB drawings and industry specs.

Responsibilities

• PCB tooling preparation with InCAM Pro software including 1-up editing, coupon design and panelization.
• Creation of NC drill/rout, electrical test, optical inspection, CMM and imaging programs.
• Customer data input, validation, and DFM analysis.
• Documenting and resolving tooling issues with design engineering.
