Job summary

FMOL Health is seeking a PC Support Analyst 3 to deliver primary end-user support across FMOLHS environments. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues, respond to calls and emails, and document actions for timely resolution per SLA.

You may deploy new hardware/software and assist in staff training. Responsibilities include maintaining systems, contributing to knowledge bases, and working with IS teams to resolve complex problems.

Qualifications

• 6 years experience in database applications or PC hardware & software.
• Experience supporting MS operating systems, web-based applications, and remote users.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary end-user support by phone, email, and team requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Document, track, and monitor issues to meet SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Image, configure and deploy new hardware and software for the corporate network.
• Mentor staff and contribute to knowledge base development.
