Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a seasoned PBM RFP & Pricing Lead to own and advance our end-to-end PBM RFP lifecycle, including pricing model development and underwriting analyses. You will translate complex bids into actionable insights while driving scalable, AI-assisted improvements across the process.

You will report to the Director of PBM Performance and mentor the RFP team, helping to shape strategy, tooling, and data-driven decision making while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of PBM consulting, underwriting, pricing, or RFP strategy.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL and BI tools experience a strong plus.
• Exposure to AI tools, automation, or data product development.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve end-to-end PBM RFP process from strategy through finalist selection.
• Develop pricing models and evaluate bidder proposals for apples-to-apples comparisons.
• Mentor junior team members and scale the RFP function.
