Elevance Health is seeking aSenior PBM Process Improvement Manager to drive enterprise-wide improvements in PBM operations. You will lead process redesigns, develop metrics, and act as an internal consultant, with travel to worksites as needed in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires a BA/BS with 8+ years of process improvement experience, including 3 years in a manager role, and preferred PBM/claims knowledge.

Competenze

BA/BS in a related field with at least 8 years in process improvement.
At least 3 years in a Process Improvement Manager role.
PBM Claims and accumulator processes experience preferred.
SQL and Teradata experience preferred.
Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
Vendor management, implementation experience preferred.
Prior Authorization and Eligibility knowledge preferred.
Python and automation experience preferred.
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
Salesforce experience preferred.
