Job summary

Rocket Lab USA is seeking a Senior Technical Payroll Analyst II to optimize payroll processes for a global workforce. This onsite role leverages ADP Workforce Now and Workday integrations, focusing on data integrity, APIs, and cross‑system collaboration.

You’ll support payroll operations for domestic and international staff, design reports, and ensure SOX compliance while partnering with vendors and IT teams on system upgrades and projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience and a bachelor's degree, or 12+ years total work experience.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and ADP Workforce Manager.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical support for ADP Workforce Now and ADP Workforce Manager.
• Manage user access, security roles, and permission structures to ensure data integrity.
• Document payroll processes, logs, and change controls in line with SOX requirements.
• Participate in change management, testing configurations, and auditing pre/post‑deployment changes.
• Design and run custom and ad‑hoc reports in ADP; analyze payroll data with SQL.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ADP, Workday, and other systems; troubleshoot API issues.
• Support end‑to‑end payroll operations for domestic and international employees.
