Qualifications

• Degree preferred but not required.
• CPP Certification - high preference.
• 4-10 years of full cycle payroll experience.
• Experience with time and attendance / timecard processing in a biweekly payroll environment.
• Ceridian Dayforce experience is a high preference but not a deal-breaker.
• Familiarity with how 401(k), benefits, and taxes impact payroll (conceptual understanding); does not directly process or set up these deductions/enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for 1200 employees, multi-state using Ceridian/Dayforce.
• Manage timecards for a workforce of roughly 1200+ employees, including 500–600 hourly, ensuring all timecards are complete and approved.
• Prepare time records to be loaded into the payroll system and support the payroll manager with some audit tasks.
