Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 9 years of progressive payroll experience including 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum five (5) years payroll experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency in PeopleSoft HR, ADP Tax & Garnishment, and UKG Pro WFM.
• Experience managing complex payroll operations across multiple entities.
• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with payroll audits, tax filings, and garnishment processing.
• Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive process improvements.
• Healthcare payroll experience; familiarity with union contracts and multi-state payroll regulations.
• Customer service mindset and collaboration across departments and with external vendors.
