Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a payroll department, including 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred; HS diploma/GED required
• Experience using Workday Payroll or PeopleSoft/Workday Payroll preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple pay groups, locations, and pay cycles
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and reporting requirements
• Oversee payroll tax filings, reconciliations, and year-end processing
• Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance for payroll processes
• Prepare and analyze ad-hoc payroll reports
• Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and IT to resolve payroll issues
