Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. payroll experience, including high-volume payroll.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws across jurisdictions.
• Experience with large-scale payroll systems.
• CPP certification considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely processing of U.S. payrolls.
• Lead and develop a distributed payroll team.
• Maintain compliance with payroll requirements.
