Qualifications

• High school diploma with post-secondary course work in accounting plus four to five years’ experience in accounting.
• Ability to reconcile balance sheet accounts to actual costs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for computing the payroll for the district including all statutory and elective deductions.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and post all employee deductions.
• Create and upload various data files via bank and software websites.
