Memorial Health is seeking a seasoned payroll leader to oversee system-wide payroll processing and reporting. You will ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, manage deadlines, and provide meaningful financial analyses to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 15 years of payroll processing or accounting experience required.
• 10 years of experience leading or coordinating a payroll or accounting department required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee system-wide payroll processing and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit federal and state payroll reports.
• Distribute payroll reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Support department goals and provide financial analysis as needed.
