• Close the books each month without letting deadlines slip at Power Solutions Group
• Reconcile bank and balance-sheet accounts down to the last cent
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses for Power Solutions Group
• Track grant funding, restricted accounts, and compliance reporting
• Own the $127,000 - $179,000 compensation accrual and the math behind every line
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Own the senior sign-off on journal entries above the threshold
