RSM US LLP seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll Services practice. You will be an expert resource for payroll processing, client support, and payroll workflows across multiple states and clients.

Your responsibilities include full cycle payroll, tax balancing, year-end processing, and delivering accurate payroll reports while maintaining client confidentiality and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle payroll processing experience in a multi-state or international environment.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly full cycle payroll for multi-state clients.
• Reconcile tax balances per pay cycle and per quarterly/annual filings.
• Handle year-end processing and reporting for clients.
• Distribute payroll reports to clients and internal leaders.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure regulatory compliance.
