Job summary

RSM US LLP in Dallas seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our Payroll Services practice. You will handle weekly and biweekly full-cycle multi-state payroll for our clients and advise on payroll compliance.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience, Dayforce proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to work with stakeholders across client organizations. Travel up to 20% may be required. You will also prepare reports, stay current on regulations, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle payroll processing experience in multi-state environment
• Proficient with Dayforce payroll platform
• Strong Excel skills and ability to use formulas (VLOOKUP) and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly full-cycle payroll for multi-state clients
• Reconcile tax balancing per pay cycle and per filing period
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to clients and internal leaders
• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and ensure confidentiality
• Stay informed on payroll regulations at federal, state, and local levels
• Manage multiple payroll software products and payroll workflows
