Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of payroll, accounting, or finance experience in a leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-state payroll and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll processing for multi-state and multi-country operations.
• Ensure SOX compliance and accurate payroll tax reporting.
• Manage payroll provider relationships and external audits.
